All went well with service tech, etc., and all workers were very polite to me. The service area and waiting room was very clean. Except I had thought I was only getting an oil and filter change. The alignment check, tire rotation, etc. is good practice, but it took longer than I had anticipated (approx. 1 hour). I was glad I was allowed to come first thing in the morning at opening. I will plan accordingly next time knowing that the service is very thorough.
I was very appreciative of getting a same-day appointment. The service was timely and efficient. I also appreciated the car wash and vacuuming of the inside of my car. I was very pleased with my experience at the dealership.
I had to return because my car wasn���t repaired and I spent near $800. The manager was nice when I returned the second time. It makes me wonder if I was overcharged because I had a different diagnosis. Techs need more training or should have senior mentors when making

Oil changes should not take an hour or more. Suggest one bay for oil changes only so that one technician is assigned just oil changes. Could have 30 minute appointments and could increase volume and client satisfaction
I came in for an oil change. It was fast, but when we left we noticed that there was not a sticker on when to get another oil change on the front drivers window. I miss that. Except for that this would have been a 5 on the review.
