TJ was awesome! He got me into the truck I wanted with very little hassle. He went above and beyond to get me into the truck of my dreams. I will be recommending him to all my family members and friends.
To be honest, I dreaded the fact of going in and exchanging my lease. The process always took too long, but I had an outstanding sales person (Jeff) who make this so much less painful. On top of it, I was introduced to Bob Serpentini and was able to take a picture with him. I felt like I met a movie star! Then it came time to go to the finance person, who already had the paperwork ready and was able to move through this pretty fast. What a relief! The staff you have at this Willoughby location goes out of their way for the customers and made this a pleasant experience. I had such a good time there, I felt like I may want to get a job there (just kidding). Keep up the excellent service! Was so glad to do business with them and have already referred them to a couple of people.
My Service Advisor, David Friedman, was excellent in providing the required service. He listened to my concerns about my car and saw to it that I was comfortable in understanding the required service. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and, in combination with the Service Technician, walked me through the overall repairs and answered other general questions. In fact, I was invited to look at the underside of the car to get a better idea of the problem -- that hadn't happened before and was much appreciated. Jesse Fiederer did an excellent repair job. My car drove better coming off of that car lot than it had in years. He is to be commended.
The services was very timely but I was very annoyed with the sales reps not social distancing. I was distrub that one of them was coughing and sneezing at a table around customers and not covering his mouth. He just sneezed into the air.
