Words couldn���t even explain how i felt after leaving willoughby hills Chevy. I wished I had of went to to the Chevy in Aurora. For me it��� starts with a greeting like making a customer feel welcomed and I didn���t feel as such. And even after I left my vehicle there for service and returned I was still not greeted properly nor did I feel wanted it all over again. If there is service reps there is no way I should get acknowledgment by a service porter when there���s service representatives standing around picking and choosing who they want to help and who not help is help a sale is a sale please remind customer service of that
I called for an appointment on Saturday and was given an appointment on Monday morning. It was great to get in so soon and my car was ready within 2 hours. The people that I spoke to were very nice and answered my questions.
scheduled an appointment for a tire repair. Over 21/2 hours wait. Seems like very poor scheduling. The truck had been in a week earlier for 4 wheel drive issue and I was on the road in less than an hour and a half.
My only complaint is that I came to the dealership to lease a vehicle and the salesperson who was assigned to me did not know that the vehicle I was interested in could not be leased. Even after I test drove the vehicle it was not until his sales manager came from his office and told me that I could not the lease the vehicle I just test drove and was interested in leasing. To the credit the dealer they found me another vehicle that I did decide to lease.
