I recently came in due to a tire leak on my Silverado. Everyone was very professional, Matt Snyder was great, and Mark (don’t know his last name, he was the mechanic) was excellent, he came out and explained everything to me. I’m very appreciative of them both.

I would give zero stars if i could to the sals portion of the visit. My salesperson was Desiree (not sure if that's how you spell it). On March 20, I came up to look at cars. She was my salesperson and from the very beginning she was pushy, rude and was not very helpful. I asked a couple times to see a paper that said all of the specs on the car. She never gave it to me. When I asked for more information on the financing part, she asked me what I dont get about this. She told me that she has been a salesperson for two years but then every time I had a question for her, she would have to go and ask her manager for help. For every single question. It felt like she did not know what she was doing. I told her that I had to think about it and put a deposit down on the car.
On Monday, I came back with my mom since my mom is really good with numbers. From the very start of that meeting things really went downhill. Both of us felt like she was being pretty hostile. We wanted to talk to the finance guy or whomever does the numbers and she was like really why and kept trying to get us to fill out more files before we got all of the information which we said multiple times that we did not wajt to do yet. At that point she got up quite aggressively to talk to her manager and the finance guy. At that point if there was more issues I wanted my money back and I was not going to buy the vehicle from her. The only reason that I did not give a zero for the score was Alan from finance. Alan was very sympathetic to the issues we had and was really helpful in getting us all of the answers we requested. He was very pleasant and even gave me an additional discount on the extended warranty! He did a great job
