In for oil change 2022 trailblazers. Austin called and said we need new exhaust cost $1200. My husband spoke to Austin asked if covered under our extended warranty? Austin looks and says yes it is. My husband said make sure it is covered before you schedule. He said it is covered and we scheduled. Thursday. Dropped off car 1:00 pm and was told it would be done by end of day. Austin called my daughter and said it’s almost done . Get call 2 hours later and is told there is some problem with insurance company. He gave me a number and told me to call. I called him back to discuss the problem but no answer. Left a message. Explained he would need to look up our extended warranty as we purchased the car at Serpentini. I hear nothing back and assume my car will be done when I get there. I go to pick up my car and most of service department is gone. No one knows anything about my car. Not even where it is. Someone goes and finds my car and gives it back to us not fixed and tells me Austin will call me tomorrow. Friday. I get a text Austin is off and will call you tomorrow Saturday no call. Sunday I assume closed Monday no call. Tuesday no call. I text back and ask if anyone from Serpentini is ever going to contact me? No response. It is now Wednesday still no contact

I was treated well

I recently came in due to a tire leak on my Silverado. Everyone was very professional, Matt Snyder was great, and Mark (don’t know his last name, he was the mechanic) was excellent, he came out and explained everything to me. I’m very appreciative of them both.
